Neutrally, independently and impartially.

We are a Nobel Peace Prize-winning international health and humanitarian organization. We help wherever human lives are threatened by war, natural disasters or epidemics.

Save lives with us

At Doctors Without Borders, we help patients all over the world thanks to your donations. The money for our missions does not come from countries or international organizations. This allows us to independently help wherever the need is greatest.

With every donation you send, you help save lives along with us. Learn how we use your donations.

Join us on a mission

If you are a medical professional, or any other kind of expert, and want to help with us abroad, sign up for our Information Session. There you will learn everything you need to go on a mission.

Become a donor

Thanks to your donations, we buy medicine, rebuild hospitals, send doctors to the field and, most importantly, treat patients. Support us with your donation and save lives with us.

How to donate

Support us in other ways

You can help us in ways other than direct financial donations: for example, by providing services or free consultations.

You can also become a volunteer, organize a benefit concert or share our testimonies.

The principle of testimony

Saving lives is our priority. At the same time, we don't want to be silent about what we see on the missions. That's why we speak out about and bring to light the injustices and crises faced by the people we treat on missions.

Silence has long been confused with neutrality, and has been presented as a necessary condition for humanitarian action. From its beginning, Médecins Sans Frontières was created in opposition to this assumption. We are not sure that words can always save lives, but we know that silence can certainly kill.
